These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bet838 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bet838 website, mobile applications and all associated services.

By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the bet838 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the bet838 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited real-money funds and any credited bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, subject to applicable bonus conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded to a Player's Account that is subject to wagering requirements and conditions distinct from real-money funds.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process through which bet838 confirms a Player's identity, age and payment ownership before processing withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the bet838 website, any associated mobile applications and all products and services made available through those channels.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player from their own payment source that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction applied at a Player's request that prevents access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is unlawful or restricted under applicable law.

To register and maintain an Account on bet838, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.
• You are not a resident of, or located in, a Prohibited Territory at the time of access or account registration.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or close family member of bet838 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers or game suppliers.
• You are not subject to a Self-Exclusion, account suspension or lifetime ban imposed by bet838 or, where applicable, a regulatory body recognised by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

bet838 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Each individual may hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not;
• Logging out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

bet838 staff will never request your password under any circumstances. If you receive any communication claiming to be from bet838 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

We reserve the right to decline any registration application at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. bet838 does not accept deposits from third parties. The use of payment methods associated with another person's account — regardless of their relationship to you — is strictly prohibited.

Deposits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Deposit amounts are credited to your Account Balance in PKR or the applicable account currency at the prevailing exchange rate, where conversion is required. bet838 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time.

Familiar local payment references for players in Pakistan include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These names are referenced as contextual payment familiarity only and do not constitute confirmation that these providers support or endorse gambling transactions. Players must verify available deposit methods within their Account settings.

Withdrawals: To process a withdrawal you must:

• Have completed full KYC identity verification, including submission of valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address and, where required, proof of payment method ownership;
• Hold sufficient Real-Money Funds to cover the requested withdrawal amount;
• Have satisfied any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds;
• Request withdrawal to a payment method previously used to make a deposit, where technically possible.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. bet838 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe but does not guarantee specific processing windows, as delays may occur due to third-party payment provider timelines or additional verification requirements.

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available by bet838 are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted by country, payment method or Account history.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the time period specified on the individual offer. Bonus Funds that have not been played through within the applicable period will expire and be removed from the Account.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer games, specific table games and jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward Wagering Requirements. Game contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Minimum odds restrictions apply to free bet and sportsbook bonus offers. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not count toward Wagering Requirements.
• bet838 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus credit already issued to eligible players.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of automated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies or coordinated multi-account activity designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on bet838 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or casino game. These rules are accessible within the relevant product section of the Platform.

The following general betting conditions apply across all product areas:

• A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a bet confirmation message within the Platform. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors or connectivity issues are void.
• bet838 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market or event without prior notice.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — including odds that are obviously incorrect relative to the true market price — bet838 reserves the right to void the affected bet or settle it at the correct odds, at its discretion.
• In-play markets close and reopen at the Platform's discretion. Bets accepted after the scheduled start of an event are in-play bets and subject to in-play rules.
• For cricket markets, including PSL T20, ICC tournaments and international fixtures, specific abandonment and Duckworth-Lewis rules apply and are published within the Sports Rules section of the Platform.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. bet838 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Account Balance promptly following settlement. bet838 reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, match-fixing or rule violation.

bet838 is committed to providing responsible gambling tools as a core platform feature. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost, accessible directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount you may wager within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic prompts displaying your session duration and net wagering activity.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.

bet838 actively monitors Platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to freeze Account funds pending investigation for as long as is reasonably necessary.

All content on the bet838 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, audio and video material — is the exclusive property of bet838 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Use the bet838 name, logo or branding in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement or partnership;
• Scrape, crawl or harvest Platform data, odds or content by automated means;
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of bet838 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet838 excludes all liability for:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from reliance on bet838 odds, statistics or editorial content;
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party outages or events beyond our reasonable control;
• Loss or corruption of Account data resulting from circumstances outside our control;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including access from a Prohibited Territory;
• Indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any nature.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bet838's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by bet838's proven negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

bet838 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with this Agreement. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include:

• Collection of registration data to verify eligibility and maintain your Account;
• Processing of transaction data to facilitate deposits, withdrawals and bet settlement;
• KYC verification using identity documentation to comply with anti-money laundering requirements;
• Behavioural analysis to monitor for responsible gambling indicators and prohibited conduct;
• Communication via email or in-platform messaging for account notifications, promotions (where opted in) and support.

bet838 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers directly involved in platform operations and compliance obligations, subject to confidentiality obligations.

bet838 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any Real-Money Balance.

The current version of these Terms, including the date of last review, is always accessible on this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet838 holds its operating licence. The applicable governing jurisdiction will be communicated to players upon request through the Platform's customer support channel.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be waived by agreement.
